**For Jev model reviews, choose a provider with `JEV_PROVIDER_MODE`**: `typesafe`, `openrouter`, `typesafe_then_openrouter`, or `openrouter_then_typesafe`. The default remains `openrouter`. The plugin reads `TYPESAFE_API_KEY` for direct TypeSafe access and `OPENROUTER_API_KEY` for OpenRouter access from the active Hermes secret scope.
