Executed on 2026-09-21 on a clean profile: the built wheel installed, the host discovered the plugin, and the engine ran three times, with `TYPESAFE_API_KEY` alone, with `OPENROUTER_API_KEY` alone, and with both keys. Each run loaded the engine, stored raw rows, and answered a marker query. The assembled-prompt proof is a test rather than a claim: `tests/test_compressor.py` asserts that a delegation id lifted from assistant text appears verbatim in the assembled context and survives a restart. `
