It uses [PrismML's Ternary Bonsai 2 27B] (1.75-bit weights, 5.95 GB) on PrismML's llama.cpp fork. The interface follows the pattern of hosted decision services such as Jev and of [SemIf], whose prompts, row format and benchmark fixtures it reuses.
