Set `TYPESAFE_API_KEY`, then run `jev-tar classify collection.jsonl --protocol protocol.json --out judgments.jsonl`. Requests are paid and sent to `api.typesafe.ai`. Resume skips ids already present; `audit.jsonl` is appended after every completed document. Run the one-request synthetic smoke test with `python scripts/live_smoke.py`.
