Register `createDecisionActivities()` on your Worker. The `jevDecision({pack,state})` Activity returns a full DecisionPacks record. `@gbesse/temporal-jev-decisions/workflow` exports the sample `decideWorkflow`. Set `TYPESAFE_API_KEY` only in the worker environment.
