정책·시나리오·모델·revision·inputHash와 실제 request의 state/questions가 모두 일치해야 replay합니다. 현재 `fab-gate-1.1.0` 실제 capture 20개와 이전 정책 실제 capture 20개를 분리 보존합니다. 별도 연결 확인/관리자 smoke는 이 40개 또는 평가 분모에 포함하지 않습니다. 내부 모델 버전은 고정했다고 주장하지 않으며 `typesafe-ai/jev` alias만 기록합니다.
