4. **Decide** (`typesafe_client.py`) — TypeSafe System One (`jev-1.13.0`) answers typed *Choice* questions (which move; which model / feature op / site / preset) with calibrated probabilities; code assembles a pydantic-validated `ActionEnvelope`. Free text never reaches the executor. Options already shown useless are **withdrawn** from the questions.
