Jev Governor is a Python toolkit for recording and supervising coding-agent sessions on your own machine. It stores events in SQLite, reconstructs state by replay, and makes policy decisions about verification, recovery, budgets, and completion. Connect through a local HTTP API and console, MCP over stdio, or gRPC.
