4. The tool lists every skill installed on your machine and asks [Jev], a decision model from TypeSafe AI, to rank them against your goal. Jev is not a chat model. It returns a probability for each skill plus a confidence score, typically in well under a second (about 0.35 s from the US West Coast; an independent run elsewhere saw about 5 s), for a fraction of a cent.
