The decider is any TypeSafe System One endpoint, called through [`@typesafe-ai/sdk`]. The defaults target **Laya** served locally at `http://127.0.0.1:1234/v1/systemone`. To use TypeSafe's hosted API instead, set `baseURL` to `https://api.typesafe.ai` and `model` to `jev-latest`.
