3. **Ask Jev once per decision.** [`ModelClient`] sends one HTTP request to `POST https://api.typesafe.ai/v1/systemone`, using `jev-1.13.0` by default. The request batches an operation question and target questions for available element operations. Executable choices include clicks, exact-fixture text entry, Enter/Escape/ArrowUp/ArrowDown on observed compatible controls, viewport/container scrolling, and waiting, plus `DONE`/`BLOCKED`.
