- `scripts/recommend-reviewers.mjs` — uses TypeSafe judgments over changed-file metadata to select read-only specialist reviewers for `/code-review`, including security and accessibility reviews. It falls back to the command's manual rules if `TYPESAFE_API_KEY` is unavailable.
