Jev 使用 `@typesafe-ai/sdk`。设置 `TYPESAFE_API_KEY`，或在 macOS 钥匙串中使用当前账号、服务名 `typesafe.ai.jev` 的密码项。命令不会输出密钥。可选 `ROUTER_TIMEOUT_MS`（默认 20000）和 `LAYA_CONFIDENCE_THRESHOLD`（默认 0.5）。`doctor` 只检查配置和路径，不发起付费模型请求。
