jev 系のプレイヤーを使うときだけ API キーが必要。環境変数 `TYPESAFE_API_KEY` に入れるか、実行するディレクトリの `.env`(git 管理外)に書く。両方あれば環境変数が優先される。`.env` から読むのは `TYPESAFE_API_KEY` と `JEV_ENDPOINT` だけ。
