這個 npm 套件與 Claude Code 外掛以精簡工具呼叫及結果壓縮歷程，不改寫對話文字。 Jev 以獨立 noul 問題判斷呼叫與結果是否需要保留，再依門檻保留、截短或移除配對紀錄。

Foreman 監督程式開發執行者，評估完成情況、需求滿足度、測試充分性與是否需要人工介入。 Jev 評估檢查項；確定性的 Python 仲裁器決定繼續、引導、驗證、停止或升級處理。 提供儲存庫與任務，並準備 Python 3.11+、TypeSafe 金鑰及已設定的開發代理後端。

jev-router 透過本機代理啟動原生程式 CLI，為每個新的使用者回合選擇模型層級。 以 npm 安裝 jev-router，設定 JEV_API_KEY，在上游 CLI 已安裝並登入後執行 jev-claude 或 jev-codex。

jev-gateway 將程式代理的工具決策交給 Jev，其餘工作由原語言模型處理。 安裝 npm 套件，用對應 jev- 啟動器執行已登入的代理，首次設定 Jev 服務商。
