`MODEL=jev` with `AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY` (model `typesafe-ai/jev` via the `ai` SDK's `experimental_evaluate`) or `TYPESAFE_AI_API_KEY`. `MODEL=mock` is observe mode unless `ALLOW_MOCK_TRADING=1`. Thresholds live in `risk.json`.
