The compose log shows one JSON line per judged request. `curl localhost:8090/_jev/health` reports the provider and timeout state, and `curl -X PUT localhost:8090/_jev/config -d '{"policy":{"mode":"monitor"}}'` flips to monitor mode without a reload. To judge with the real model, `export TYPESAFE_API_KEY=...` before `docker compose up`; the same config switches to the `jev` provider. Everything the demo runs is four short files in [demo/].
